Drivers who hit traffic on the under-construction US 36 will have a new place to stop as of next month, when Tiller’s Kitchen and Bar is slated to open in the new Denver Marriott Westminster.

Jason Siles will serve as executive chef. Previously, he cooked in Chicago and Telluride, as well as along the Front Range. “I’m excited to be back in a great food community and state that is full of great artisans and producers,” Siles says in a release on the opening. “At Tiller’s, we are going to bridge the gap from the amazing eateries in Denver and Boulder and bring something special to Westminster.”
