The strongest man on this block? Available for “bear removal,” “cat walking” and “bro-tank fittings”? Maybe, even though 9News reports that this downtown billboard was put up as a birthday gag gift. Still, the number actually works, delivering the following message: “This is the strongest man on Speer and 11th. If you’re hearing this message, it’s probably because I crushed my phone putting it back in my pocket. When I get back from the gym, I’ll return your call.” And hopefully walk our cat.
