While teetering on my stool at this pub, whose food is is no slouch, the jovial tender suggested mixing a cider from the Wynkoop with New Belgium’s La Folie Sour Brown Ale, the result of which was one of the best drink marriages I’ve had all year. There’s nothing better than a beer man who thinks outside the keg.
