Stop by Rioja, at 1431 Larimer Street, every Tuesday from 5 p.m. until close, and you can enjoy the $15 Sips and Snacks special: four bite-sized snacks paired with wines according to that week’s theme. Today, it’s Wines of Spain; on January 19, Pinot Posse; on January 26, the Sauvignons.

And that’s not the only thing Rioja has cooking. This month, chef Jen Jasinski is resurrecting two Rioja classics that are both featured in her upcoming cookbook: the Maine Lobster Club Sandwich at lunch and the Carnaroli Risotta at dinner.
