Guess where I’m eating — no, really

These Guess Where I’m Eating posts usually go the same way: One of us puts up a picture, offers a few words, then asks you to guess where the dish is from. You good folks guess Chubby’s (if it’s a burrito, which it usually is), or West End Tavern or LoHi SteakBar (if it’s anything else), and we laugh and say no, sorry, it’s some freaky-ass Uruguyan restaurant that no one has ever heard of, but thanks for playing.

That’s how these usually go.

But not this time. Why? Because I honestly do not remember where the pork shops shown above were served. But after staring lovingly at the photo for ten minutes, I really want to know.

Any help out there? First right answer wins my undying gratitude.
