Considering Cruella’s penchant for clothing made of pet pelts, the garbage pictured above is particularly apropos. The unbagged box in the middle barrel appears to be a carrying case for birds, hamsters, gerbils, mice, or guinea pigs.
The overflowing barrels themselves might not be so welcoming to the relaxation of an adult, but they provide the perfect screen for teen leisure. Below, an overview of the activities of the Congress Park teen hangout…

The hanging bikes suggest that this is the hangout of three teens who are presently at home and indoors. The height of the hanging bikes in the picture above insinuates that the teens of this hangout are relatively tall.
