The Colorado Independent’s Joseph Boven reports that an assault with a deadly weapon charge will no longer be pursued against an HIV-positive man who spit on somebody. But keep that saliva to yourself anyhow, pal.

Mile High Report’s ejruiz wonders if the Broncos’ secondary is too old. It’s a question for the ages.
