Our post about the announcement by Denver NORML to create  a marijuana social use initiative inspired some debate about the necessity of such a rule.

But not much.

The majority of those who weighed in believe such a measure is needed just as much as it was last year, when a previous proposal was withdrawn in a deal that involved negotiations between various stakeholders that have not yet borne fruit.
