While there’s disco only on Sundays, the Corner Office will still be offering its acclaimed brunch menu on New Year’s Day, but maybe what the mod eatery is better known for is the DIY Bloody Mary Bar. With everything from fried pork belly to pickled eggplant, it’s all but the kitchen sink in a glass. Open from 8 a.m.to 3 p.m.
7) Lola
1575 Boulder Street
720-570-8686
A Highland favorite, Lola will offer its standard brunch menu with favorites like chicken and waffles, chicharron Bennies made with pork-belly biscuits, apple tomatillo and chipotle Hollandaise, and lobster-green chile omelets for south-of-the-border flair. Open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
6) Jimmy’s Urban Bar & Grill
1530 Blake Street
303-298-5000
Billed as a recovery brunch with $10 bottomless mimosas, the mid-morning meal at Jimmy’s is a must if you somehow haven’t gotten your fill of drinking the night before. Jimmy’s had us at “bread-pudding pancakes with whiskey syrup.” Open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
5) Argyll Whisky Beer
1035 East 17th Avenue
303-847-0850

4) Tamayo and Zengo
Tamayo: 1400 Larimer Street, 720-946-1433
Zengo: 1610 Little Raven Street, 720-904-0965
Absolutely famished? Richard Sandoval’s Zengo (Asian fusion) and Tamayo (Mexican fusion) are offering signature all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-imbibe small-plate brunches for $35 (or $25 without drinks). The a la carte menu’s also available, but that’s not nearly as fun…because why not start the year with a little gluttony? Both are open from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

3) The Lobby
2191 Arapahoe Street
303-997-9911
Since they’re calling the night before “New Beers Eve,” it’s a safe bet that the masterminds behind the Lobby can cure a morning hangover that they likely caused. Don’t worry, the Lobby was also on our best bottomless-mimosas list and serve bacon — just bacon. (We’re dieting, right?) Open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
2) Second Home
150 Clayton Lane
303-253-3000
If you think Cherry Creek is all buttoned up and prissy, think again. Second Home’s pajama brunch is an old-school jammy jam. The best part? Kids under eight eat free if they’re partaking in the festivities. Still not sold? The brunch menu includes banana pancakes topped with bacon, peanut butter and whipped cream — enough said. Open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
1) Linger
