What better way to celebrate this first day of spring than with a delicious fresh pastry? We just rounded up the Eleven Best Bakeries in Denver, and while readers wondered why certain spots didn’t make the cut — where was Grateful Bread? Taste of Denmark? Gateaux? GoochieCakes? — several of our picks were quickly seconded by readers. Sugar Bakeshop, Detour and Beet Box all won applause, and the entire list inspired Alexis to say simply:
Now I am starving!
