As we’ve reported, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear a marijuana lawsuit filed against Colorado by Oklahoma and Nebraska.
The complaint has been controversial since it was filed in 2014 — and the Obama administration filed a brief favoring Colorado’s position late last year.
Our readers overwhelmingly approved of the Supreme Court’s decision to brush off the suit, with plenty of vitriol directed at Oklahoma and Nebraska along the way.

Just two more ass backward states trying to cause trouble…. Nebraska and Oklahoma should concern themselves with catching real criminals in their own states and quit worrying about what we are doing in Colorado.
