But the conversation broadened to include the issue of whether the new rule would actually help shrink the black market in cannabis.
One reader believes that to really improve this situation, another change has to be made — one that would provide opportunities to an entire group of people excluded from the marijuana industry to date.

If you want to impact the black market, let people with pot felonies fucking work in the industry. Clearly they were willing to do it before, illegally. What makes you think you can stop their passion now?
