The Seasoned Chef Cooking School is holding a Master Level Series cooking class from 6 to 9:30 p.m. today, teaching those already comfortable in the kitchen how to to master sauces and sauce pairings through classic dishes. The class is $69 per person; you can register here.

Cook Street School of Culinary Arts is offering a course to really sharpen your technique: the school’s Knife Skills class will run from 6 to 9:30 p.m. You’ll get to put your skills to the test as you cook up a complete meal from scratch; dinner will be served with wine.
