Frasca Food and Wine will hold a class on the wines of Austria as part of its Istituto Frasca Per il Vino Series from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight. The series consists of four interactive courses that take an in-depth look at different wine regions around the globe; so far it’s explored the regions of Champagne, the Rhone Valley and New World Pinot Noirs. This class, led by Frasca co-owner and Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, will take an in-depth look at the wines of Austria and will feature a specially curated flight that showcases the region.
The class, which is limited to twenty participants, will repeat on Thursday. Tickets for the course are $235, which includes the wine flight, a workbook, class instruction, tax and gratuity; call 303-442-0608 or e-mail erin@frascafoodandwine.com to save your seat.
