Denver was in high spirits last week as DSTILL featured a week of boozy events, culminating in Thursday’s Showcase, where distillers from thirteen states gathered to pour samples. More than 25 Colorado distilleries were represented, including Leopold Brothers, named the American Distilling Institute’s distiller of the year. Some of the regions top mixologists were shaking and stirring craft cocktails to pair with food from several Denver restaurants and chocolatiers.
