The Westword Music Showcase is just a few weeks away. Join us on Saturday, June 20, 2015, for Colorado’s largest one-day music festival.
The Showcase is a celebration of our state’s vibrant music scene. Colorado is home to internationally renowned experimental bands, pioneering folk artists, Grammy winners and much, much more. On most nights in Denver, you can see just about any kind of show you like, from bluegrass to hip-hop to hardcore punk.
Besides the Showcase itself, which will feature over 100 Colorado bands and artists, we’ll offer proof of that talent and diversity with a pre-party at Goosetown Tavern on June 16 featuring …And the Black Feathers, the Patient Zeros and Rossonian.
The show goes from 6 to 10 p.m. and is free. We’ll have drink specials and a few VIP tickets for the Showcase to give away as well. And later that night, the Westword Music Showcase presents Surfer Blood at Lost Lake Lounge. See you there!
