Brik on York owner Travis Gee threw open the doors yesterday to welcome customers to his new wine bar and eatery featuring an imported Italian wood-burning oven and a menu designed by executive chef Shoshana Frost. Gee’s approach to designing the space was to honor the building’s history and bones.
