L. Elle Baker is a Lower Downtown resident, Realtor, U.S. Marine Corps veteran and board member of the Lower Downtown Neighborhood Association. In her role as LoDoNA’s Pedestrian Safety Committee co-chair,she advocates for safer, more accountable transportation in Denver’s urban core.
