The Christmas spirit manifests itself in many ways, but for the average Denver barfly, December 25 is just another excuse to haunt his or her local public houses like the ghost of Jacob Marley. As usual, 3 Kings Tavern, one of the city’s stalwart rock-and-roll dives, will not only be open for business on the federal holiday, but will invite the merry carousers of Broadway inside for its annual F%CK XMAS event.
Featuring the amped-up raunch of Mark Star’s karaoke and a bevy of Ooh La La burlesque dancers in various states of undress, F%CK XMAS is a decidedly adults-only take on Christmas.
