Teague Bohlen recently chastised bicyclists for failing to follow the laws. Then he listed the ways that drivers can also be a menace on Colorado streets. Now a reader has another suggestion. Asks Larry:
Is there a set of rules for all the distracted, sometimes almost suicidal pedestrians walking out in front of trains, buses and cars downtown?
