The variety of dining options near the hip Highland intersection of 32nd and Lowell recently got a little more diverse. Ben Ke opened Highlands Asian Grill about three months ago, at 3940 West 32nd Avenue. In addition to a stellar-looking variety of Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese options, the menu features a wide array of desserts, including tempura ice cream, mochi ice cream, tempura cheesecake, tiramisu and key lime cheesecake. Even better, they boast an attractive happy hour, where every dine-in dinner entrée after 3 p.m. comes with a free 12-ounce bottle of beer or a glass of house wine.
Free booze? Now that’s something we can all get behind in this sagging economy.
