Blame it on the holiday influx of cheese logs, goose-meat and cases of Hofbräu, but you’ve been feeling a little sluggish lately. And broke. Plus, “sluggish” and “broke” is a very negative combination of things to be feeling, according to your court-ordered therapist, which also makes you feel anxious. Luckily, help is on the way; the Wheat Ridge Recreation Center is offering free fitness classes all day tomorrow, so you can, in the immortal words of the late Matt Foley, “get back on the right track.”

8:30-9:30 a.m. — Pilates Reformer 9:30-10:0 a.m. — Somantics 10:00-11:15 a.m. — Super Sculpt 12:00-1:00 p.m. — Zumba 1:00-2:00 p.m. — Mat Pilates 2:00-3:00 p.m. — SilverSneakers MSROM 3:00-4:00 p.m. — Nia 4:00-5:00 p.m. — Yoga 5:00-6:00 p.m. — Pilates Reformer 6:00-6:15 p.m. — Drums Alive 6:15-6:30 p.m. — Zumba

No RSVP or registration is required to take the classes; as long as you’re over 12 years old, you can just walk in and get your fitness on. For more information, check the website or call 303-231-1300.
