TGR’s Light the Wick gets its local premiere tonight at the Boulder Theater (with a Denver encore tomorrow, 10/16, at Gothic Theatre). If, unlike us, you’re feeling overwhelmed by the onslaught of all these ski movie premieres, trust us on this one: Light the Wick is epic. The film was shot in HD and — a first for the genre — features a 3D segment following Sammy Carlson’s monstrously big airs at Stevens Pass. Just the trailer alone is enough to get us pretty hot and bothered, but check out the crash reel below, featuring one of the most ridiculously extended barrel-rolls ever captured on camera.
