In 1995, Elitch moved to a new home in the Central Platte River Valley near downtown Denver while its original site became a new housing neighborhood. And soon this location will meet the same fate: The property is slated to be developed, with the amusement park again moving on to an undetermined spot.This season, though, it will celebrate its thirtieth anniversary in its current home.
