The schedule includes over 200 different gaming events role-playing, card, war and miniature games, as well as obscure board games that even hard-core fans may have never heard of along with vendors, speakers, classes and a special room devoted to gamers ages seven to twelve. Despite the overwhelming offerings, says convention director Leif Olsen, its still easy for people to pop in, see whats going on and jump into a game.
Genghis Con XXXII starts at 6 p.m. today and runs through Sunday at the Red Lion Hotel at 3200 South Parker Road in Aurora. Tickets range from $5 to $33 depending on the event; there are also fees for individual tournaments and classes.
