Presumably because of the large cross-section of Star Wars and Star Trek fans within the nerd community, StarFest is at least in name dedicated to the stars -- but if the costumes on display this weekend were any indication, it should probably just be called "EverythingFest." Literally every type of imaginable geek and some that weren't even imaginable until you saw them was represented and representing, sporting duds that ranged from spot-on to terrifying to just plain weird to just plain stunning.
