Chelsey Dequaine-Jerabek

Chelsey Dequaine-Jerabek has been the editorial director for Voice Media Group since January 2023. She oversees all digital and print editorial aspects of VMG’s publications (Westword, Dallas Observer, Miami New Times, and Phoenix New Times). She also leads VMG's audience development team with social media, SEO, and membership strategies. Chelsey has a bachelor's degree in journalism and media studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has worked most of her career in her home state of Wisconsin. Before joining Voice Media Group, she held roles for daily and alt-weekly newspapers in writing, editing, audience strategy, digital marketing, and social media, as well as social media for an advertising agency. Chelsey is based in Denver.
