“What I’m trying to do is show my meaningful representation of my family,” says owner James “Jimmy the Wolf” Pino, who launched his food truck in 2021.

The popular food truck, which also has locations in Golden and Aurora, has teamed up with Rocker Spirits for its latest venture.

“COVID took a chunk out of us and we fought to stay alive. Sadly, though, we had a lot of costly issues in 2023.”
Both grew up cooking – Santino Lochi’s family owns the Wishbone in Westminster and Jesse Trujillo’s family has been in the industry for 35 years.
After a successful six-year run as a food truck, owner Keith Naegel is ready to open his first restaurant.
Last year, owners Hiroaki Takeda and Midori Fujishige purchased a bigger truck so they could keep up with demand.
