Mark Vrtiska is a Professor of Practice and Wildlife Management Specialist with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s School of Natural Resources. Previously, Vrtiska was the Waterfowl Program Manager for the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission and a Regional Biologist with Ducks Unlimited, Inc.
