Kawa Ni

Neither sushi nor ramen are the focus at Kawa Ni, though both appear on the menu, alongside a trio of dumplings, some hot and cold small plates, bao buns, rice bowls and noodle dishes like kimchi carbonara and spicy lamb dan dan. Instead, the dishes on the menu are inspired by chef- owner Bill Taibe's time in Japanese izakayas. Currently, the menu replicates dishes found at the original Kawa Ni, in Westport, Connecticut, though that may shift as Taibe and his team get to know their Denver clientele.
