Good news, voyeurs:
The clan comprising "Dixie Normous," "Tess Tickles" and "Nasty Natalie" are back to abuse you (in all the best ways possible) at Delite, chef/owner Dylan Moore's sexy bar at 32 South Broadway. "I'd been flirting with the idea of doing brunch for quite a while, and when I heard that Bump & Grind was closing, I thought our space would be a great place to resurrect the drag queen brunch," says Moore, who rolled out the drag queen brunch two weeks ago.
"It's now Sunday Funday at Delite," says Tess Tickles, who was dolled up in pink and crawling on all fours along the sidewalk of South Broadway hustling customers through the doors. "We're just popular like that," she muses, while straightening her dress and adjusting her tits.
Like Tess Tickles's comments, Moore's menu is short and to the point, offering only eight dishes, including eggs benedict, huevos rancheros, chorizo and eggs, fried French toast with maple syrup and mixed berries and panini, all of which are served with home fries or fresh fruit.
The primary difference between the drag queen brunch at Bump & Grind and the one at Delite is the very important fact that Delite pours booze -- mimosas, bloody Marys and cocktails with clever names like "Dylan's Ass." Speaking of ass, give the queens shit and yours might be kicked.
If you want to risk it, brunch is served every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
