On Thursday, September 29, Top Chef champion Stephanie Izard, who’s just about ready to embark on a book tour, along with Alex Seidel, chef/owner of Fruition, will share the kitchen with Lon Symensma at ChoLon Modern Asian Bistro when all three kitchen magicians commune to host a four-course, family-style craft beer dinner.
Tickets to the feast are $120 per person, plus tax and gratuity, but last week, we gave Cafe Society readers the opportunity to snap up two complimentary seats if they could answer our contest question: How many orders of soup dumplings did Symensma serve during the month of August?
After more than 100 guesses, we have a winner.
