The challenges facing local news organizations are very real. That's why reader support matters more than ever. If you believe independent journalism matters, make a contribution today and help us reach our summer fundraising goal of $25,000 by August 9.
DStill, an American Craft Spirit & Cocktail Showcase, takes place tonight from 6 to 10 p.m. at the McNichols Building, 144 West Colfax Avenue. The event is a collaboration between the Colorado Distillers Guild, the Colorado Bartenders Guild and Eat Denver — and just happens to coincide with the American Distilling Institute’s annual convention, which is being held in Denver.

In addition to tastings from forty small-batch distilleries — over half of them from Colorado — there will be “inspired bites” from members of Eat Denver and entertainment.
And there will also be specialty cocktails featuring spirits from this state. Tickets are $40, but they’re going fast; visit the website for more information.
