With such classics as the Heartburn, the Meatless Horse and the Oinkey, Chedd’s Gourmet Grilled Cheese offered some of the finest sandwiches any comfort craver could hope for.
Still, the original eatery at 1906 Pearl Street and a second location in Littleton both closed late last year, but the space at 19th and Pearl now has a new tenant: Walter’s Pizzeria. And sometime next month, yet another place could be serving cheese on bread.
