Hometown hero Chipotle has made a name for itself with its innovative marketing gimmicks, and now it’s partnering with cheeky British chef-turned-food-crusader Jamie Oliver for a special Halloween treat that could earn you a super-cheap burrito and maybe, just maybe, save the world.
What’s the catch? You have to dress up like an Oscar Mayer wiener.
The details: On Halloween, Sunday, October 31, stop by your local Chipotle dressed as your favorite processed food product and you’ll earn a $2 burrito. Even better, all proceeds from the “Boorito 2010: The Horrors of Processed Food” program go to the healthy-food movement Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution.
Sounds like a good deal — even if you have to wrap yourself in giant slabs of bologna to earn it.
