Jax Fort Collins is joining forces with fellow Front Ranger Jaws Sushi to create a collaborative dinner featuring six courses of “fire and ice.” Each dish featured on the evening’s menu will include both hot and cold elements, including oysters on the half shell, octopus salad, striped bass ceviche, coconut lemongrass panna cotta and more. The dinner gets fired up at 6 p.m. Reservations are $75; make yours by calling 970-682-2275. 

Firenze a Tavola welcomes the Tuscan producers of Capezzana wines for a special wine dinner at 6:30 p.m. tonight. Guest speaker Emanuele Gastel, ambassador for the Capezzana Estate, will be on hand to speak about the wines that will be served with the five-course meal.
