Back in July, Shin Sa Dong, a lofty Korean restaurant in Aurora, closed its doors, but the bright banner hanging from the exterior gate hinted that the closure was temporary. “Coming soon – remodeling,” it said. But as of yesterday, a new, more permanent sign was being erected by construction crews, and judging from its name — Dancing Crab Seafood & Sports Bar — the space isn’t reemerging as a Korean joint. Our best guess is that it’s a Cajun seafood place with Asian touches, similar to the Crawling Crab, Asian Cajun, Yabby Hut and Vietnam Bay, all of which are restaurants that merge the bayou with Asian accessories. The owners, however, may encounter issues with the name, since a restaurant by the same name already exists in Washington, D.C.
