Independent Journalism in Denver Needs You
We need to raise $25,000 by August 9 to support the reporting our community depends on. Reader support keeps us independent and is playing a larger role in funding local journalism and shaping what comes next. If you believe independent local journalism matters, make a contribution today.
Don’t put off buying your holiday gifts until the last minute again this year. Today the Holiday Flea roars into the former Denver Post printing building at 4400 Fox Street, where it will be rocking all weekend. You can find great gifts for your friends and family-maybe even yourself-while you peruse the offerings of over 150 vendors. At today’s Ultimate Shopping Experience, you can also indulge in libations from several bars and enjoy live music at a special early-bird edition of the Flea that will run from 5 to 9 p.m.; admission is $45, which includes valet parking and five drink tickets, as well as access to the Flea on Saturday and Sunday. Tomorrow’s kickoff party is $35 per person. Admission on Saturday and Sunday is just $5, and includes a Denver Flea tote, New Belgium beer, and donation to local nonprofit Reading Partners Colorado. For the entire weekend schedule, tickets and all the details, check out denverflea.com.
