DSTILL made its debut in Denver last year, and now the joint partnership between the Colorado Distillers Guild, Something Independent, the Colorado Bartenders Guild and the American Craft Distillers Association is back for round two, a four-day celebration of spirit tastings, craft cocktail events and workshops spotlighting the country’s top small-batch distillers from across the country.

The festivities kick off today with a three-day series of seminars focusing on the craft of distilling and culminate on Thursday, March 13, with the signature Showcase, which will feature almost American craft-spirit producers from across the country pouring at the McNichols Building in the Civic Center. Tickets (if any are still available) are $50 in advance at dstill.co and $60 at the door.
