The fifth annual Hot Rocks Griller Challenge heats up this evening at Elway’s Cherry Creek, 2500 East First Avenue. The party, which runs from 6 to 9 p.m., pits fifteen of Denver’s top chefs against each other in a friendly competition benefiting the Denver Health Foundation.

Here’s the lineup of participating chefs: Tyler Wiard of Elway’s Cherry Creek; Elise Wiggins of Panzano; Goose Sorenson of Solera; Jamey Fader of Lola and Big Red F Restaurant Group; Jennifer Jasinski of Rioja, Bistro Vendome and Euclid Hall; Robert Bogart of Elway’s Downtown; Brandon Biederman of Vesta and Steuben’s; Troy Guard of TAG; Michael Bortz of City Bakery; Aniedra Nichols of Elway’s Cherry Creek; Brandon Foster of Vesta and Steuben’s; Paul Reilly of Beast + Bottle; Max MacKissock of Squeaky Bean and Steve Ballas of Steve’s Snappin’ Dogs.
