Wonderbowl Vietnamese Restaurant opened last week on South Federal Boulevard after an extensive remodel of what used to be a KFC. Wonderbowl is a sister restaurant to Pho Duy in the same shopping center and features a few house specials not common to Federal’s Vietnamese scene along with a typical array of pho bowls and rice and noodle plates.

House specials include Vietnamese-style steak on a sizzling plate with a fried egg, a 14-ounce ribeye with garlic herb fries, “Wonder” bouillabaisse, and Atlantic salmon with an orange fish sauce glaze.
So far, the restaurant does not have a website, but the full menu is available on its Facebook page. Wonderbowl is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
