Jim Seidel just opened his eleventh Snarf’s in the Denver-Boulder area; this one brings his sub sandwiches to a former convenience store on 38th Avenue on Denver’s western border. Photographer Danielle Lirette took a trip through Snarf’s carousel dining room and captured the lively atmosphere of the sandwich shop’s first week. Keep reading for more photos.
