J.W. Lee just opened Wasabi Roll & Go at 2076 South University Boulevard, in the former home of Beantree Coffee (the Aurora location is still open). This is the first “express”-style Wasabi, which also has two sit-down restaurants. The concept here, though, is all grab and go — you pick the ingredients, they roll them (or package them in a bowl), you grab the finished product and go. The concept sounds smart for the University of Denver location; the hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
