An all-chefs — from the properties owned by Tillman Fertitta in Denver, at least — dinner will take place this evening at Simms Steakhouse, 11911 West Sixth Avenue in Lakewood, and will feature a collaborative menu from the chefs of Morton’s The Steakhouse, Willie G’s Seafood & Steak House, Simms, Chart House and Oceanaire. The dinner, which is paired with wine, costs $125; call 303-237-0465 to make a reservation. Fair warning: there are only a few seats left.
