Cholon Modern Asian Bistro, 1555 Blake Street, will welcome celebrity chef Angelo Sosa for a special four-course dinner from 5 to 10 p.m. tonight. The cost is $70 per person and includes a signed copy of Sosa’s new book, Flavor Exposed.
