…stop staring at that spreadsheet; everyone knows you’re not paying attention, anyway. Instead, I’ve got something upon which you can really feast your eyes. But fair warning, if you’re even slightly hungry, this is going to be painful.
I’m talking pure, unctuous food porn. The type that makes Food and Wine blush. It’s on a site called Ideas in Food, and it’s the brainchild of Aki Kamozawa and H. Alexander Talbot, a husband-and-wife duo on the East Coast who cater, teach and partake in general chefery. They’ve had their blog for about five years and offer some great food philosophy there — but when they recently redid their website, they put up a section of pictures.
When I got back from the kitchen at 11 or so a few nights ago, all I wanted to do was sleep — but after I clicked on their blog, there was no possible way I wasn’t going to pore over every one of these shots.
Damn them.
