Frasca Food and Wine, 1738 Pearl Street in Boulder, is welcoming two guests from San Francisco’s Michelin-starred SPQR this evening. Sommelier Shelly Lindgren and chef Matthew Accarrino will collaborate with the Boulder restaurant for a special four-course wine dinner.
