Gold Hill Inn, 401 Main Street in Gold Hill, is marking its fiftieth anniversary with a four-day celebration beginning today. Festivities include live music from Tim O’Brien at 7:30 p.m. today; view the full schedule here.
There are also food deals, but as Laura Shunk notes in her review of Gold Hill Inn this week, you don’t go to Gold Hill for the food. You go for the history, for the ambience, for that mountain air.
Note: the Miracle of the Pig celebration tonight at Pica’s, 5360 Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder, is sold out, but the restaurant has plans to host another dinner next week; call 303-444-2391 to confirm.
