According to the Startender at this bar, punch requires five elements: sweet, sour, strong, weak and spice. There’s no question this Barracuda Punch packs a wallop, with Cuervo 1800, jalapeno simple syrup, pink grapefruit juice, green tea and lime; it’s served by the glass or bowl for four or for eight.
