I’ll be the first to admit that I was loathe to try the tacos from this (somewhat) dignified taco shop that I’ve walked by numerous times on my way to somewhere else. Turns out, these are damn good tacos, even if the kitchen finds it necessary to use wisps of yellow cheese.
